I called the number and the guy on the phone didn’t even know that there is a reservation. He told to wait . Two guys came in and off course didn’t know about our reservation. They told me that the place is closed. I called again two times and nobody answered. At the end they gave us a boat , we almost got a conflict because i asked them to clean a bit the boat . At the end it was at least dry , the boat full with leaves. Incredible ! Now is end of October and I understand that this is offseason but you should not sell the ticket then. Very bad service.
