Cancellation policy for rent and rental of boats from giethoornboattickets.nl

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION

If the consumer wants to cancel the rental agreement, it is wise for him to let us know electronically via info@giethoornboattickets.nl as soon as possible If the consumer cancels, Giethoorn boat tickets can claim a fixed (fixed) compensation of:

  • 10% of the agreed rental amount for cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, with a minimum of €10.00;
  • 100% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

If the consumer cancels a rental agreement, he can ask Giethoorn boat tickets if another person can take over the agreement via a 'substitution' or move the date. If Giethoorn boat tickets agrees, the consumer does owe a change fee. These change costs amount to 10% of the agreed rent with a minimum of € 10.00 and a maximum of € 25.00.
